Emergency Rules effective July 20, 2022
Chapter 2 Emergency Rule changes were signed by the Governor effective July 20, 2022. Emergency Rules are valid for 120 days, unless renewed. If renewed, they are valid for another 120 days.

The public comment period is closed.
The Board of Nursing Home Administrators published proposed rules for public comment through November 18, 2022. The Board subsequently met on December 6, 2022 and adopted those rules as presented. They are now pending the Governor for his review and he has 75 days to respond.
